For products that require time for procurement/production, the shipping delivery time is as stated in the product details or 20/30 business days.
You will be informed in case of any potential delivery delays.
To ensure the delivery of your product proceeds without interruption, please provide an address where you are present during the day as your delivery address.
Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you selected at the end of your order.

After your orders are confirmed, they are handed over to the shipping company within 20/62 (average 25) business days.
You may consult our customer representative to discuss different delivery terms. Furthermore, shipping deliveries are only valid within Turkey.

Please pay attention!
Please open and check any packages you think may have been damaged during shipment in the presence of the courier representative who delivered them. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and have the shipping company file a damage report.

Once the product is received, it is accepted that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty completely.

Once you have completed these procedures, we will begin working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
