Le Corbusier Leather Upholstered Metal Chair

A Timeless Icon of Modern Design

The Kastra Le Corbusier Leather Upholstered Metal Chair brings one of the most iconic works in the history of modern architecture and industrial design into your living spaces. Designed in 1928 through the collaboration of Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand, this exclusive model is regarded as a cornerstone of modern design, perfectly balancing aesthetics, ergonomics, and functionality.

The articulating back structure, which offered an innovative approach for its time, adapts to the user’s movements to provide natural support during seating. This feature makes the chair not only a visually striking design object but also a functional piece of furniture that provides superior comfort during long-term use.

The chair’s chrome-plated metal frame offers a minimal and lightweight appearance while providing a high load-bearing capacity and the advantage of long-lasting durability. The seat and back surfaces, upholstered in genuine leather, offer both ergonomic support and a premium tactile experience. The natural patina that the leather acquires over time strengthens the character of the chair and makes it even more valuable over the years.

Reflecting Le Corbusier’s concept of "a machine for living" on the scale of furniture, this chair is a powerful representative of the Bauhaus and modernist design philosophy with its clean lines, balanced proportions, and rational construction. It creates a sophisticated and timeless atmosphere in every space, from dining areas to studies, and from offices to prestigious living spaces.

Offered with a 2+2 year warranty assurance, the Kastra Le Corbusier Chair is a long-term, prestigious investment for users who value design history.
